Refund and Return Policy
DIGITAL PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable PDF files, interactive software, and electrical diagrams), all sales are final once a file has been downloaded or delivered. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be physically returned.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
We prioritize customer satisfaction and will issue a full refund or provide an corrected replacement under the following specific circumstances:
- Corrupted or Unreadable Files: The downloaded file cannot be opened or extracted using standard PDF readers (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader) or extraction utilities (e.g., WinRAR), and our technical team is unable to provide a functional replacement within 48 hours.
- Incorrect Item Delivered: You received a manual for a completely different vehicle model or year than what was listed on your order confirmation.
- Duplicate Purchases: You accidentally purchased the exact same digital manual twice within a 24-hour window. One of the orders will be fully refunded upon verification.
NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You purchased the wrong manual due to misreading vehicle details (e.g., ordering an engine manual when you needed a transmission-specific manual), provided the product listing accurately described the content.
- You no longer need or want the manual after downloading it.
- Your computer or mobile device lacks the basic software required to open standard PDF documents.
HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM
If you experience an issue with your download, please contact us at procarfixmanuals@gmail.com with your Order ID, vehicle details, and a screenshot or description of any technical error. Claims are reviewed within 24 business hours.
